• All Vendors receive FREE LUNCH both days.
• All Vendors are invited to a FREE VIP NETWORKING DINNER, to be held a few days before the event.
• All Vendors will SHARE IN THE TICKET REVENUE by receiving 50 to 200 free entry tickets which they may sell or give away to good customers.
• ALL VENDOR BOOTHS consist of backdrop and side curtains, skirted table, chairs, garbage can and a sign.
• OVER 5000 TICKETS will be given to the vendors to be distributed before the event, and 100% of the walk in admissions paid at teh door WILL BE DONATED TO SAINT MARY'S. Therefore, the students, parents, and teaachers will be actively selling tickets to fund raise for the school. These two admission procedures SHOULD GUARANTEE WE WILL HAVE MANY CUSTOMER PROSPECTS AT THIS EVENT.
• This event is being held inside the beautiful, new Saint Mary's Parish Life Center.
• Before the event 100 POSTERS & 20,000 FLYERS will be distributed at OVER 100 BUSINESS LOCATIONS.
• THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN ADS will be placed in print, TV, radio, magazines, and direct mail for this event.
